TERMS

• DELIVERY…Please allow 5-7 business days for your initial order to be delivered.  Exchanged items will be delivered in 7-10 business days. 
  

• RETURNS…Buyer has 21 days from purchase date to return an item (buyer pays shipping fees).  The item will be refunded if it has the original tags intact and shows no wear. 

• REFUND PAYMENT…Qualified refunds will be paid by check and will not include original purchase shipping charges. 
  
  
• UNQUALIFIED RETURNS…Pawsitively For Dogs will not pay the shipping of packages sent back to those customers who do not qualify for a return or exchange.  Shipping will be at the expense of customer. 
  
  
• EXCHANGES…Buyer has 21 days from date of purchase to exchange an item (buyer pays shipping fees).  It must have the original tags and show no wear.  If we do not have your item in stock, we will notify you with an approximate shipping date.
   
• LOST PACKAGES…Pawsitively For Dogs will not be responsible for lost packages; therefore we recommend a guaranteed delivery.
